30 Positive Days Challenge!
Hi everyone and welcome to my new blog post!
From January 1st it seems that I keep my word and I post a new blog post every week 😄. That's a nice start of January with me still keeping my resolutions!
But today I want to write about something completely different. A few days ago I was totally exhausted from life, school and just everything. And I kept asking myself: What the hell I am doing? Is it right where my life is going? Should I change something? Should I be more patient about upcoming things? I just wasn't the girl that I know, that you know. Just an entirely different person who wasn't sure about the life she is living, not sure about what she is doing. But I was also thinking about what to do next.
I put up a poll on my Instagram story, asking if you felt the same way like me or if you are just fine. And I was so surprised with the results. I couldn't believe my eyes. Most of you wrote in the comments, or through direct messages, and voted for YES - you felt the same as I. You wrote me that you feel bad, you are feeling like a different person or you just need some positivity! And I was happy for a while that I am not alone with my feelings but I was also sad because you too are not feeling like yourself these days.
After all the messages and comments, I decided what to do next to make us feel better again. To make our lives great again 🇺🇸. I decide to do a #30positivedayschallenges for those of you who are not feeling well at all, or just want to change your thinking. And I just thought that we need to bring some positivity into our lives and stop looking for the bad things and stop feeling bad about everything. Let us always look at the bright side of life, climb up from the black hole where are we hiding and cut the negativity from us! Let's think more positively together!
And what's this challenge going to look like? Every day for 30 days, I will wake up in the morning and I draw a piece of paper from a box with all kinds of positive challenges and we will focus on that topic during the day. And you too can post your pictures using a special hashtag #30positivedayschallenge to see your progress in positive thinking or write me about your experiences with the challenge in the comments or through direct messages❤️ And don't forget to tag me, I will shout you out in my Instagram story ❣️ There will be no other rules, just the one: focus on positivity every day! And when are we starting? We will be starting in 6 days, that means that on 20th January you will read about the first positive thing what you should focus on that day. And you can join anytime, there are no limits.
